End User License Agreement

The student version of the DIPPR^® 801 database is made available online to employees of educational institutions and students only. Use of this database for financial gain is prohibited.

This agreement may be terminated at any time without warning. All free educational access accounts will be terminated in July of each year. Users must then re-register to access the database for the following year.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Remedy

THE BYU-TPL WILL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS DESIGNED TO VERIFY THAT THE DATA CONTAINED IN THE DATABASE HAS BEEN SELECTED ON THE BASIS OF SOUND SCIENTIFIC JUDGMENT. HOWEVER, NEITHER THE BYU-TPL NOR AICHE MAKE ANY WARRANTIES TO THAT EFFECT. THE DATABASE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BYU-TPL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER THE BYU-TPL NOR AICHE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE DATABASE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
